How does it work?
Select a video or book from our catalogue.
Click on the "Buy Now" Button.
Pay for the item.
An email will be sent to you with a download link.
Click on the link in the email.
Wait for the video or book to download.
Then watch your video or read your book.
How many times can I download the video or book?
You can only download the video or book once. If you have a problem downloading then contact us at service@motorflix.com.au and we'll reset your download.
How many times can I watch the video or read the book?
You can watch the video or read the book as many times as you like.
How long does it take to download a video or book?
That depends on several factors, the speed of your internet connection, the size of the video you are downloading and how many other people are using the same connection as you. Books should normally download within a few minutes but video downloads will take much longer, usually between one to four hours.
Can I give copies of the digital media files to my friends.
No! All our books and videos are covered by copyright. You are committing an offence punishable by law if you duplicate our Digital Media files. We will prosecute offenders.
What am I buying from Motorflix.
As with any DVD or book you buy from any source, you are only buying the right to VIEW the video or book.
You are NOT buying the right to:
copy the video or book.
sell copies of the video or book.
make the video or book publically available on a torrents site
broadcast or show to the public, the video or book.
If you do any of the above you are infringing our copyright and we will take legal action against offenders.
How does the shopping cart work?
It works just like your local supermarket. You look at the catalogue and select the items you want to buy by adding them to your shopping cart. You can add and remove items from your cart at the touch of a button.
When you've completed your selections you head for the checkout. You purchase all your items in a single transaction. Links to your downloads will be mailed to you as soon as your payment is approved.
